Power-ups added

Ahead of tonight's submission to the GameDev.tv 24 Game Jam, I have added a new feature to the game: power-ups which have a chance to spawn when enemies are killed. These include increased rate of fire, health restore, double movement speed, and invulnerability. 

The download folder has been updated to include the latest version of the game.
